For nearly two decades, Quality-Time Services has been designing and refining a comprehensive variety of activities and in-home independent skills development services for school leavers and adults living with an intellectual disability.

Our aim is to deliver stimulating, engaging, enjoyable and educational activities and services that develop skills, create self esteem, encourage friendships and where appropriate, foster independence.

Regardless of their level of ability or intellect, we believe every person should have the opportunity to lead a stimulating and rewarding life. And that’s why we started our business.

Our Programs

Educational Activity Days

Our home base is in beautiful, leafy Paracombe in the Adelaide Hills, but our many and varied activities take place in a number of locations throughout the Hills region and Adelaide metropolitan area.

Every program is designed to be stimulating, rewarding, enjoyable and educational.

Voluntary Work Programs

We are fortunate to have a close working relationship with Adelaide Hills-based organisations such as Forestry SA and the Gorge Wildlife Park that provide the opportunity for our clients to embark on simulating, rewarding and educational volunteer work.

These programs give our clients a taste of what working-life entails.  Learn more

Life Skills

For those who would like to supplement our Educational Activity Days or don’t wish to participate in them at all, we have designed a range of practical, educational services conducted one-on-one, at home. Learn more

Dennis has been a participant attending our programs for 9 years including individual and group activities.  He enjoys the cooking program, forestry program, bush cooking and nature play. Dennis also assists staff with meeting other participant's needs which gives him a real sense of purpose.

We as a family have created trusting relationships with the very caring and committed staff team at KnH. Their staff retention has been stable over the 9 years we have been part of KnH which is so important to continuity of care. We feel blessed to be part of the KnH Quality Time Services family.
